RSS is the acronym for “Really Simple Syndication”.
But I was amazed at the number of my friends and colleagues who either don’t know what rss does or how to use it.
How does RSS work?
Dynamic websites are frequently updated with fresh content and rss is the simplest way of staying up-to-date with news channels, blogs and scientific databases. The reader is able to aggregate all of the fresh content into a single page and receive updates in real time without visiting dozens of sites.

Congrats on the new blog Marc!! Great post. It surprises me how many people still don’t know about RSS. I absolutely couldn’t manage without my Reader, it’s a real time saver for keeping up with the latest news.

Real nice Marc. Very easy to understand.
Thanks!
Marc,
Nice idea, I might add a video to my blog with the same instructions. You are bound to get more subscribers doing this.
Well done

Thanks Neil,
I think video is such a great way of engaging readers and I plan to make many more.
Keeping a close eye on my subscriber and visitor stats.
I see your site coming on nicely too – good to share ideas with you.
Thanks again.
Didn't like thee Video, had to stop my music to hear it. Lol I guess that's kinda a stretch for being critical.
You should mention, that a Benefit of Google Reader, is that all your combined RSS feeds, are search-able using google's amazing search abilities.
