At the end of June I went to the Insider Festival in Aviemore, Scotland. It was pretty special because it was organized by a few of my best mates and it was the first ever Insider. I just discovered this video on Youtube and it brought the good times flooding back, so I thought I’d share it with you. Look closely and you can see me bouncing around in there somewhere.
It’s a class tune with some really inspiring lyrics and if that’s not enough, the woman on the left near the very end is almost 80 and she had just returned from a trip cycling across North America. She even had to stop half way to have a pacemaker fitted!
